Food discovery

What foods have you invented?

We were going to have tuna melts once. My wife mixed up the tuna and mayo... then discovered that I didn't like mayo. So she looked around, sliced up some kielbasa, and voila! Grilled cheese and Kielbasa sandwich. Fantastic!

Just now I was feeding left over sloppy joes to the kids. There were 4 of us, but only 3 hamburger buns. So I fed the kids and looked around for what I could do. I grabbed some tortilla chips, laid them on the plate, spread some sloppies on top, then sprinkeld with shredded sharp cheddar. 90 seconds in the microwave... voila! Sloppy Nach-joes! They rocked!

Any other personal recipes out there?

Love your sig Stephen. Does "all your base are belong to us" ring a bell?

I'm a big fan of the "steak-um and egg hero"
