| Demos for Sale - Holy Cow Holy Cow. Look at these prices: http://www.skiessentials.com/level.itml/icOid/23140 These are slightly used demos. I should know, I demo'd quite a few pair from Pinnacle ski/sport at Stowe, VT last winter and ended up buying a set. I am now ashamed to admit I paid 500 in april for superspeeds. They are now 329. All these are with bindings. Of course sizes are *very* limited. I can tell you firsthand that the skis have very little wear and tear. Edges look great, a few scratches atop. Each pair probably has 3-6 days on them. But geez, an $1100 ski for $329? I would be tempted to go back for the Volkl 7 24's, but I never tested them... It appears that Pinnacle brokers them through skiessentials.com. I have no vested (or unvested) interest in this concern. I just like to shop for price and since I can't buy them all, thought I'd share a good tip. |
