I do love the feel for one's edges with the previous turntable heels of the LOOK/ROSSI design and have used Markers with the PistonControl built in...and have nothing but praise...only smooth, Desired releases, however I've been in the 160-175lb range for most of my skiing life so I think I'm rather easy to please in that regard.
*Con: the 1999/2000? binding(w/PC) possessed substantial positive ramp angle, which did me a disservice...balance-wise, but that is just my alignment makeup. As the 5 Star Supersports came out...Marker made it well known that there were some "0deg" setups on the 5 Stars. Since then I haven't been on Markers...so I really can't talk about the newer setups... LOTSA HELP EH'...
