Try an energy drink popular with endurance athletes, you'd like it more I think. It should be easier to digest and it slower to be absorbed, because most use long chain carbohydrates as opposed to short (sugar) so you avoid the sugar energy spike and subsequent bonk. | I usually do water mixed with a creatine and electrolyte supplement for hydration and endurance. I'll typically go thru at least two camelbacks a ski day, which is 1.5 liters x 2, or 3 liters of fluids over 6-7 hours. |
