| Holiday Week Skiing Plans? Anyone have any plans for skiing during the holiday week? 'm going to try and fend off the crowds and hit Butternut and Jiminy on the 29th and 30th. Hoping to also hit MRG on the 3rd. |

| I'm a great one for making big ski plans (in my mind, anyway), and then never following through. I would love to get out tomorrow night at Jiminy, but that depends on shopping, and other Holiday stuff. Other than that I tend to stay away from the areas during Holiday weeks. Happy Holidays! | This weekend I'll be recovering ... right now I'm hacking, sneezing, coughing. Ugh. But New Year's weekend I'll have my new bc touring skis so I'll be out practicing on them on the Wilderness Trail, up to Zealand Hut, Beaver Brook, maybe elsewhere. I can't wait!

| I'm horrible for making long term plans. I always hate the idea of planning ruining something due to other factors like unaccounted for weather. Spur of the moment stuff is always more fun. I remember a few years back, just for the hell of it I called up on a Thursday for a Fri-Sun booking at a Mt. Snow slopeside condo. I got a 6 bedroom slopeside with 2 jacuzzi's at discount because someone cancelled at the last moment. And this was during the Winter X-games! To say the least, it was a great time to have a huge condo and invite up a bunch of a friends for the weekend. |
