We love night skiing. Shawnee Peak does an awesome job regrooming at 4 PM. Top of the mountain is the place to be. Some days Shawnee gets scraped pretty hard, so it is nice that they push the snow back up there. It's been a couple years though.

I haven't night skiied in several years now. I work embarassingly close to Mountain Creek, so leaving my office and skiing within 10 minutes could be a reality, but contending with the manic school groups doesn't make it worthwhile at all. If I had access to a larger area with more room to avoid the kamakazie kids, I'd do the night thing.

I did ski at night out at Brighton a few years ago and that was excellent. Between 4PM when I went on the mountain (after flying out that afternoon) and 10PM when I left, some 14" of Utah fell out of the sky. But that's a whole different animal.

Yep, like UK said, it's been awhile. Let's see mountains we've night skied at are:

Shawnee Peak
Mt. Abram
Lost Valley(if you wanna count that hill..... )

Maybe this coming season we'll have to check out Pat's Peak, since it's about 30 from work.

i sometimes make the trip to gunstock if it dumps out. skiing in a big nasty storm at night with mp3 cranking is pretty unreal. i've actually strapped on a headlamp before to help me see (also makes jumpin ropes for deep powder real fun).

Lost Valley counts in my book .. I have enjoyed several nights there, it's a nice laid back hill ...

Wow...if it weren't for the night Skiing @ Wachusett this past season...I don't think I would have been on snow much at all. Way too much work as of Feb.

I've been night skiing @ Wa for eons (15 yrs?).

Good stuff.

I love to night ski. Mostly go to Jiminey as they have the most terain around, and some pretty nice trails too.
Best night run I have ever had though was at whindam. There were 2 trails withe the lights providing fairly decent light into a glade with nice fresh powder. Night skiing through the woods was awsome.
On goggle tint I disagree with clear goggles. While you can see alright with them I feel I can see much better with other colors. My favorite is Smith Sensor Mirror. It is kinda like a yellow lense, and I feel it enhances the light that is their as aposed to just showing what is there. It helps in low light conditions and is real nice late in the day as well.

Most of my night skiing in this past season was at Lyndon Outing Club. I only got about 4 days of night skiing in this year, but I'm hoping to remedy that situation next season. Although I was able to finally hit Whaleback despite driving by it twice a week to get to and from school.
