| Chocorua - Wednesday, August 30 A super summer hike with Lisa, Kai, Maggie, Kate, HikerAmiga, and Pete who have already said yes, yes, yes! You may join us too!! We'll gear up and leave the trailhead at 10:00 am at the Champney Falls parking lot on Route 112 in Passaconaway (I-93 to exit 32 in Lincoln). The parking area is about 1.5 miles east of Bear Notch Road and about a half hour from downtown Lincoln. The hike is 7.6 miles with 2250' of elevation gain. It should take us about 6 hours roundtrip. This hike has spectacular 360 degree views with two beautiful waterfalls we will visit on the descent! We'll have dinner afterwards in Lincoln or Woodstock to add to the cheers!
