Dude Gore Tex has been known to hold it all in until you get to the lodge later in the day, it can mean a whole lodge clearing smell!

Thanks for the warning dude, but I ski in my Levis 501 stone washed jeans and my Patriots Starter jacket.

I pull out my .380 and start cleaning the barrel.

That or I pull out a ka bar and a honing steel and hone the blade. And try to look shaky and unstable, as if I just heard the news that my wife was cheating on my or something. That kind of behavior will quiet down even the noisiest of bastards.

When I go skiing, it is often alone so I use the chair solo. If a company on the chair is required, I don't talk to them unless they initiate it OR it's Ski Patrol. In the latter case, I bombard them with questions about their work. Whenever I wound up with a Ski Patrol person, he was always a pleasure to talk to.

I'll chat with a chairmate but I rarely initiate the conversation. Most of the time I ride solo so I just relax, watch other skiers, and enjoy the views.
