| Hey im all for the early bird getting the worm, and if the guy/gal is being legit, and working within the parameters of the site rules, let him/her ride....If you "camp out" overnight to get the best deal...then you GET THE BEST DEAL. If you plan to sell that gear at a "profit", but still sell it less than I can find it elsewhere ( i will search), then you're still providing a "service", and I think thats great.. Now as for you paying taxes...thats between you and uncle sam...not my business, but i'd suggest paying taxes on it if they are required...the IRS certianly isnt someone i'd want on my back... Oil....ticket scaplers are a different animal I think than this situation. A ticket scalper NEVER offers the tickets at or UNDER face value...therefore they are asking HIGHER than face...this individual is still asking lower than manufacturers "suggested" retail price..therefore NOT scalping... the only REAL ISSUE i see here..is that its obviously "end of season sale" type stuff...as its ALL FOR MIDGETS.. M

| What bothers me is trying to sell gear in your first post. If you established some type of presence in the AZ community before posting your items it might not have been such a big deal. Good luck with school. |

| Maybe I'm incorrect on this, but I always thought that this forum was not supposed to be used like eBay... I for one hope you stick around mgolp, but you may want to stick to eBay if you want to resell this amount of stuff... |

| 6 posts total. 5 of which used to sell stuff. First four overall used to sell stuff. Everyone smells fish. I vote for ban. Too bad, I was actually half interested in the jeans....but I take no risks, especially when everyone has the same bad feeling as me.
