  • Hey out there just wanted to say that the old trail that skirts the side of North Kennebago Divide in Maine does exist. The old lady and I found it bushwacking down. It starts in way before the col. Its really an old woods road plus a trail. Not too far up from end of Bear Brook Rd. on the left. If you go in where the stump has flag on it, your way to high. Also don't go in on Canada Rd. the bridge is completely gone now. Use Wiggle Brook Rd. to Bear Brook Rd to the end. Still want to do Boudary Peak from the Maine side not Canada. Heard you can go to swath by Cupsuptic Pond?? Any ideas? Off to bushwack Elephant next week. 11 of 100 highest to go. Only 3 more bushwacks. Too bad.
Hi, I just wanted to say hello to fellow hikers and all. My trail name is GrayJay 56. I am an avid hiker and thats all I really love to do. I love to bushwack with my altimeter, compass and maps. I usually don't follow other peoples routes on bushwacks because it's more fun to find your own way. I also solo hike quite a bit as I am to old for the younger crowd. I love all nature and feel quite at home with it.
