Weather underground is showing 5-8" for Jackson, NH Sunday. I was thinking Wildcat would be good but it sounds like you all think it will be bad?

Thanks for the info, I had no idea that was going on. We'll be staying in the MWV and mostly skiing Wildcat. Looks like they may get some snow.

So this thread got me thinking about hiking up to the hut this weekend to watch some skiing and then just skiing the Sherburne trail down. Anyone know the condition of the Sherburne? Would this be a reasonable thing to do with a 12 year old who is a pretty strong skier? If not, could also just...

Skied Wildcat on Sunday and it was pretty good. Upper Wildcat never softened up but by midday Black Cat was great for ungroomed terrain. Polecat woods and catacomb were soft and fun. They got 3" up top last night and more coming Friday. I think this weekend will be good there. I'm going.

Was thinking of doing a half day at Cannon today but the power is currently out. Worth it to go somewhere this afternoon? Not sure.

Thinking about season pass @ Magic next season and I was poking around at the Freedom Pass benefit. According to Coopers website a lot of new areas have been added including Powder Mountain. http://skicooper.com/cooper-season-passes/ That seems like a pretty good deal to me, hope it's included...

We also skied Magic on Sunday and the line wasn't too bad even with the race going on. Loved the terrain. Heart of Magician was the run of the day for us. Already bought tickets for this Sunday.
