I'm seeing about 4mm of rain after maybe an inch of snow for Killington and southern VT. It's not catastrophic. A week ago I was thinking of not even bothering with this weekend.

I was there over the weekend. They're looking pretty committed to Spring skiing. The whales on superstar and glacier going at the top of ss were impressive. edit: had a great time despite the crap winter. plenty of fresh snow on the sides of trails and some fun bumps.

Very sad to hear. I hate driving that section in bad conditions. I take it slow AF (Subaru, snows) even when it's just flurries and look like a dork with my PA plates and little family and crap but it's not a place to mess around in bad conditions. People, please be safe out there. Really...

It's a very mellow traverse off Canyon/Glades chairs heading towards Cascade and Escapade. Sad news for sure.
