    Wildcat and Attitash

Made it to Attitash today for the first time. Liked the mountain a lot. Was with my six year old son and intermediate snowboarding wife, so only got one solo run on one of the blacks off attitash, going to ski great tomorrow for closing day when it warms up. Really liked the mountain, no crowds...

    Eclipse PSA

Very interested to see how the crowds headed north disperse thru northern New England.

    Sunday River 22-23

White Cap has always intrigued me with the three lift layout since skiing there as I kid. We would always use white cap as the base. loved the little white cap pod when the park was there. Now that I am skiing with kids the little white cap pod is great beginner terrain with zero crowds. Im sure...

    Wildcat and Attitash

Yea he loves trying new mountains and different lifts, will be great wherever we end up with the soft snow. How are the Bear Peak blues compared to Whiffletree? He has skied Scoot at Sugarloaf so can handle a little steeper but tired him out quick. Being very cautious of progressing too quick...

    Wildcat and Attitash

Have an epic day pass to burn and planning to head to either attitash or wildcat this weekend (headed out from Portland so those are my options). Will be with my beginner son, think Whiffletree at Sugarloaf level. Thinking Attitash will be the play. Never skied there, always did wildcat if...

    The Saddleback Thread

The lower woods off the Rangelely look to have good cover or still thin?

Cannot comment on current live conditions, but if the report reads that most everything is open and the weather is good go for it. Midweek will be dead.

Sugarloaf West Mtn Expansion and HSQ officially a go

Skied it this past week with my 6 year old. Great trails and a step up from whiffletree. We did end up back at whiffletree though for the shorter runs and what was better snow. West mountain trails were a bit more skied off from the traffic. It seems to be doing great a dispersing crowds from...

Extreme Snowboard Carving Serious Safety and Skiing Community issue

Settle this through a ski off. Goddamn knuckle draggers ruining it for everyone.

    Sunday River 22-23

I did the free day last year when it was just Barker and don't think the crowd was that bad.

    The Saddleback Thread

Was there saturday as Kennebago went down. Did a long Muleskinner run and came back to the lift line full and lift not running. Bailed down to the base and sure enough the lift was down for good. Lines did get long at the Rangeley chair (although still comparable to other mountains on a busy...

    VAIL SUCKS

Damn I didn't even know this product existed. For that price might have to pick a few up to force a trip to Wildcat or Attitash. If I understand correctly it can be used for any day next season (depending on which level is bought for holidays)?

    Sunday River 22-23

The interior trails Eureka/Lost Princess used to be diamond trails while Tin Woodsman/Emerald City were double diamonds. I seem to remember Eureka/Lost Princess being wide open and the outer trails having some bear birch trees. Haven't been much in the last 10+ years when the trails are open...

    End of paper trail maps?

I have been grabbing trail maps while I can. My 5 year old loves looking at them. Used to love going to the ASC resorts in the late 90s/early 2000s and grabbing all the maps that they seemed to have in the lodge.
