Today was pretty good at Whiteface. My first time at a mountain and I enjoyed it very much. Best skiing was Wilderness. It was perfect spring corn. In fact most of the terrain off little Whiteface was good. We rode the summit lift a couple times and it was pretty decent, Skyward and Parons had some rocks sticking out. The base area is really taking a beating and there was a ton of bare spots and standing water all over. The upper mountains seems it could handle a few more weeks but the base is not looking too good.
