    2024- 2025 Gear

I have a regular version of the Ripstick 96 and it serves me well in everything except boilerplate ice which frankly only a race ski would enjoy. I was going to swap skis with a buddy who has the black version this year but we never thought about until after we were out of the boots with beer...

    2024- 2025 Gear

@Zand Its probably just foot cramping since you aren't skiing as much. I sometimes have that early season. At 7 years old your liners could be packed out and your foot just isn't accustomed to it since you aren't skiing as much. just a hunch...

Balsams Grand Resort teams up with ski industry legend Les Otten

I wasn't really into northeast skiing when he was around or the downfall of "his empire". Dude is REALLY GOOD with visions and doing his damdest to make the come to fruition. You can see his stamp on much of New England. Good or bad... We all would take his place if given that opportunity.

    Tenney Mountain

Maybe they can get someone who actually has run a ski area before. Not sure Egan had full on qualifications to do so. It seems like these next few years are critical for this place to get on its feet again to be in it for the long haul.

I believe that the plan for the Bonnie 6 was to follow the old line and go to the top so you could easily flop over to the Jet side

Yeah that's not really a needle mover... IF vail really wanted to move the needle they'd have said 5/1 but as CD said, their historical closing was 3rd week of April usually with lots of snow
