Mine occurred last night during the light snow on NJ Mountain Creek's Southern Sojourn. Trails were fairly empty due to superbowl. I was going a good 25-30mph, as I typically do on this trail and scream Bear! to the hiking snowboarders, and swear I saw someone slowly waving their arms just off...

I think only one tower has it because tower is a resonance node to damper oscillation between tower above and below.

Dot always is the best run when Im there. It's wide enough to handle traffic

This guy is on open terrain, with no significantly "shaved-off" sections. He has probably skied this section millions of times.
