Anyone know of that are currently open? Windham's Wide Connection is open but the new Whataride Glades & Windfall trails aren't. What's up with that?

I saw a sign at Windham's Wide Connection trail that there is a new trail(s?) for 2013-2014? Anyone confirm any similar happenings at Plattekill, Belleayre, or Hunter?

I have it only on my left lower calf musle. I think it's from tight boot straps and skiing on heels when making right turns..I do spend five continuous hours outdoors also. No pain, or swelling (yet) and it's slightly sore. Any healing tips? Will a blood clot head to my lungs or head?
