    Cold wet feet!

Good one! I just bought new boots and my bootfitter sized me down a half size for that reason and the fact that my old boots were just too big but the problem persists. Already wear thin silk socks and found that the foot antiperspirants keep them dry but still get cold. Thanks for the input!

How do you keep your feet dry and warm?

Good ideas, drjeff, I will give those a try. If I am lucky it will work and I won't need a boot dryer. Thanks for the suggestion, AZ'ers!

How do you keep your feet dry and warm?

Looking for sweaty foot remedies...... Just got a new pair of Salomon RS 100's and like every other boot I've owned, my feet sweat in them to the point where I need to replace my socks with a dry pair mid day and then take a hairdryer to the inner boot at day's end because they're wet too. I...

How far away is the closest ski area to you?

Are we neighbors? 13 miles to Blue Hills from home for me too! 15 miles to my home hill, Sugarloaf, from Kingfield. Someday I hope to eliminate the 239 miles in between home and home sweet home.

Eastern territory - coming this winter

Yeah, I got this email this morning too and it put me into a full blown ski fever attack. And then I got an email from EVO and found a pr of Rossi S80's for $250. Day is totally shot. All except the pitched tent at the breakfast table and a new set of boards!

    Omen (Good or Bad?)

Hmmmm, interesting, last year I had very few acorns late summer and into the fall and this year I have tons of acorns already. I am taking that as a good sign.

What music are you into at the moment?

I hadn't listened to WERS until you filled me in on it.....waaaaay coooool, waaaa(y)-loaf!! Needed something to listen to during the workday with a decent signal and WERS seems to fit the bill. WRPS is similiar to WERS in that it depends on the time of the day and the dj for what you'll hear...

You can listen to FNX live too at wfnx.com.........the demise of FNX is really painful and has forced me to scan the dial in search of good music....found a station over the weekend that sounded very cool with a lot of alternative music and I was shocked to find out 88.3fm is WRPS (Rockland...

I hear ya! But how will you get your daily dose of alternative rock? Summer's long enough without skiing and soon no FNX. Sad days.

And another M83, Reunion Closely followed by the Maccabbees, Went Away. Any 101.7 WFNX listeners in AZ land? If so, how are you going to handle the demise of the one and only decent radio station in the Boston market come July 21st?
