It was a great weekend skiing at Platty. On Sat. we had 2 for 1 coupons... $35 each lift tics. Then Sunday was a free lift ticket,,, if you had a seasons pass to another ski area... which I did to Greek Peak. There was soft snow and little or no ice, both days. Windy and cold Sat... Sunny and...

Cornhead and I drove up from Binghamton, NY - a 4.5 hour drive. We were in line for the 9am opening. Was full ski on/off onto/off the lift. Was groomed and fast early. Got bumped up some later. I figure I did 9 runs down Superstar. (They said there were 3 runs open... Upper, Middle and Lower...
