Day 1-
getting used to the thin air, took it pretty easy today at breck and enjoyed some groomers. spent most of the morning on Peak 9. It was a good peak for all abilities. We thought about starting the day at 7 -- but felt it would be busier and with primarily blue terrain, didn't offer the variety. Paid 10$ to park in the gondola lot, shoulda taken the free shuttle to the gondola...
we didn't check out peak 8 at all, and assumed it may be the busiest -- but in general crowds were not a problem anywhere we went on Sunday...
In the afternoon we broke out into other parts of the mtn -- Chair 6 trails felt like they needed another coating....
