Anyone interested an inexpensive ski place near Sunday River?

1983 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath, 14’x70’, needs little TLC mostly paint a little carpet, new water heater in 2004, new furnace and refrigerator in last 5 years, brand new storm door and front door in Oct 2011, washer, dryer, and shed in family friendly park in Bethel. Park Fee: $175/mo includes water, septic, mowing, and plowing of roads.
Located only 6.5 miles from Sunday River; less than a mile from downtown Bethel; and at the intersection of Routes 2 and 5 on Jonathan Clark Lane.
Worked great as a ski place for us for the last 14 years or make it your year-round home. $15,000 or best offer.
If interested shoot Erik an email at ga2ski@comcast.net

too far out of the way for me (living in s CT) but certainly an affordable option for a ski house.
