No surprise there.The United States also experienced its warmest March, with more than 15,000 warm temperature records broken and the average temperature of the lower 48 states being 51.1°F, 8.6°F above the 20th century average for March.-Steve

Is this what you would call a dichotomy? US and Europe experience warmer than normal while Alaska, Siberia and Australia all experience colder than normal. I've heard it said before that global warming is about extremes. This really shows it.
