Pig International

Think I'm joking? I'm a card-carrying member of the FFA!

There is a rather inflammatory article on boar castration in this months edition.

I was part of the Parlimentary Procedure team that took 3rd at State in North Carolina in the 1990 (or maybe 1989) FFA competition. I am a former card carrying member of the FFA, and proud of it.

Those FBLA guys were punks.

Shouldn't all of this be in the bacon lovers thread?

Nope. Pork is proto-bacon. It's ready to turn into any number of tasty products, including but not limited to bacon.

Could be ham. Mmmm, ham.
Could be BBQ. Mmmm, bbq.
Could be sausage. Mmmm, sausage.
Could be porkchops. Mmmm, porkchops.
Could be pork loin, pork roast, or ham steak.
Could be fried, grilled, stewed, or baked.
Might be brined, cured, or smoked.
Could have applesauce, pineapple, cloves, or maraschino cherries.
Szechuan, crispy, or stir fried with garlic sauce.
Pork skins, pork feet, pork belly or ears.
Boston butt, picnic shoulder, belly, loin or ribs.

Shall I go on?
