Was running them on an 05 Outback. They have a couple winters on them but plenty of life left.

Damn, if they were 17" i would have jumped for sure. I have some crappy Hankook Icebears that are probably on their last season this year.

You think they go on to Honda Accord 1996, are those snow tires or all season winter tires?

Studdable snow tires. Though you can't put studs in them now. I doubt they'd fit a 96 Accord, but you'd have to check yourself. I posted the size in the tittle. You'd have to come pick them up. I'm willing to drop off in MetroWest Boston area, but I'm not going to NY.

I check out the size latter, that is so cheap that if they fit my car I would go to Boston no problem.

damn

Don't think they'll fit my 2012 Mazda 3. If they did, I'd be all over it.

Original equipment is 205/55 R 16 for my car.

and let the joking begin on my prior experience buying used tires.

I have a set of 4 that will. In the size you need. 450 on Subie wheels.

Hmmm.....wonder if they will fit on a '12 Outback. Gonna check tomorrow.

**EDIT** - Negative. Need 17's. Damn.
They will fit your OB but you need 16" wheels. Buy mine too and sell the tires to Deadhead skier. And you both will be set.

Nice offer, but not really looking for a dedicated winter wheel and tire combo right now.

Basically where I'm at is I've priced out the Gen Altimax tires new for my car in the $400 range. My problem is that in my experience, most winter tires are just about toast at 25-30K miles. I put about 15K miles on a set of tires in the winter. So, brand new snow tires basically last two seasons.

Because of my driving habits, it makes more sense for me to try and find a deal on a set of decent conditioned used snow tires and just run them for one season.
