Had a local tour of Smuggs and found some goods. Another really nice day, with temps supposedly warming up but the warmup was slow and trails ski'd fast and firm most of the AM. Following a friend around most of the day, I'm not really even sure what trails we did. Pretty great coverage all around-- fun day and good to be back at Smuggs. Didn't hit anything exceptionally steep, but looking forward to a day when I do.

Smuggs looks great. Better then it was a year ago when I was up there the same day as you (remember?). From being at Cannon on the 9th and knowing how good it was I can only imagine Smuggs was in great shape too.
