De Marchi really covered all of its bases with Pro bib shorts by selecting the ideal fabrics for its construction. Accordingly, the Pro has been made from genuine Sports Lycra. This material provides a slightly compressive fit that isolates key muscle groups for protection from detrimental road vibrations. However, as supportive as the Lycra is, you don't have to worry about a constrictive feel or sweating in it like it's a skin suit. In fact, this fabric is designed to be extremely breathable and with a heightened level of elasticity. As for the uppers, you'll notice that the front portion of the straps maintains the Sports Lycra construction, while the rear portion features an elastic mesh construction.
