Cat Eye Nano Shot Headlight

ONECOL.jpg

Let's face it, we don't all need a 1600 lumen headlight for our occasional nighttime rendezvous at the pub. So, if you're not facing an epic, shrouded in darkness journey on a daily basis, it's best to minimize the size and weight of your illumination device with the CatEye Nano Shot Headlight.
To start, CatEye incorporated one LED bulb that exudes up to 2000 candle power. If you're used to reading output levels in terms of lumens, let us explain how this varies from candlepower. While lumens are the calculated measure of how much light a bulb produces in all directions, candlepower is the measure of light intensity at the center of a spotlight beam in one direction. How does this translate? Messily, but our calculations put the Nano Shot around the 200 lumen mark. Also, the Nano Shot features CatEye's OptiCube technology that places a focus on maximizing lumens to make a powerful, wide beam. So, whether you're illuminating the road or trail ahead of you, this light will make pinpointing potholes, branches, and glass shards a cinch.
For durability, the Nano Shot has been designed to be water-resistant. So, you can depend on it as the conditions become less than ideal. For attachment, CatEye used a two-part attachment bracket that allows you to easily take the light with you after you've locked up.
In terms of modes, the Nano Shot has three. For a maximum output, and the shortest battery life, there's High. The next two, Low and Flashing, move from solid to flashing. All in all, the light's rechargeable lithium-ion battery has a life range from 1.5 to 12 hours depending on your mode selection. However, when your ride is done, CatEye predicts that a full recharge of the battery can be performed in around 3.5 with the included USB charging cable. And to keep you up-to-date on your battery life, CatEye included a low battery/charging indicator.
The CatEye Nano Shot Headlight is available in the color Black and in one size. Each light comes equipped with CatEye's mounting bracket and a USB charger.
