Santa Cruz Bicycles XC Bib Shorts

BLA.jpg

Based on the Italian-made Capo Modena bib shorts, the Santa Cruz Bicycles XC Bib Shorts gives crosscountry riders an undeniable level of comfort and support. They use DryTech and Triton panels that wrap around your quads. So, this slightly compressive construction supports your muscles and lessens the effects of trail vibration, ultimately keeping you fresher for longer.
Essentially, this makes the difference between suffering or sprinting at the end of a long, hard day in the saddle. For the construction, the bib shorts feature a seven panel pattern with three independent panels per leg, and a single panel across the lower back. This not only creates a look that's clutter-free, but the design also results in a reduction of seams and a lessening of the corresponding friction. At the uppers, the straps were constructed from Capo V-Mesh for its comfort, breathability, and light weight. This way, you'll prevent any excess heat buildup from layering.
The chamois is an anatomic insert with open-cell foam bonded to a soft, antimicrobial microfiber layer. Additionally, carbon fiber threads have been woven into the fabric in order to expedite moisture evaporation. A perineal channel for pressure relief runs front to rear between raised pads in the chamois. And, this pad has been shaped as it was molded, meaning that it's designed to curve with your body rather than sit flat.
The Santa Cruz Bicycles XC Bib Shorts are available in the color Black/Red and in four sizes from Small to X-Large.
