Thanksgiving Powder!

I drove up Wednesday night in the storm for my first ever Thanksgiving Powder Day! Wildcat got 14-16" of powder and it was nice. Showed up just before 8 for lifts at 9, was the second person in line. They wound up letting us on at 8:40 which was cool. Despite it being Thanksgiving and practically empty, the few open trails were tracked out by the end of the 3rd run. Not much of a mystery from those pics = one of the places to be on Turkey Day.......

I don't know if I'm more impressed with the snow or the fact someone could carry that pole around with them.
