RIP, Dave Scott (1947-2015) Member of my Skiing Family

A member of my skiing family at Burke passed this weekend.

Dave Scott was the ying to his brother's yang, a passionate outdoorsman, a true gentleman, and a friend of mine since 2006. He died unexpectedly this weekend while with friends and family. Every week he'd come here to see 'what I had posted' of our Dawn Patrol outings at Burke. I am grateful that I got to see him in February on my trip home.

We will miss you with every turn off "the Quad" and with every apres ski at Mid-Burke.

OMG! Dave is one of the nicest guys I've had the pleasure of knowing. This is so sad.
