Stratton 11/25/2016: Opening Day

Mid AM arrival to clouds and light rain at the base. We were able to snag a spot in the garage, bonus.

Utilized the gondi given the precip. At the top, it was snowing.

Top few inches of snow were edgeable with a firm base. I was able to open it up in a few spots and get some decent speed. Had to be mindful of the visibility.

So not the greatest weather, but fun to be back out in the skis. Looking ahead to cooler temps later in the week.

Thank you Glenn. Will be looking forward to your(and Woodcore's) reporting this season as Stratton is on the Max Pass and I will get at least a weekend there, maybe 2.
