Ya that *was* a problem. Apple claims they have fixed that problem...so far no complaints.

I'd be pretty pissed if it was me!

FYI Michael,
It's running in Quicktime. Just so you don't waste time trying to download Flash.

I'm going on just over a year and it's worked well. I mostly use it in the car with the A/C adapter so I don't know how long the battery lasts...

Seen the 'new generation' iPods? Then there is the Mini as well...personally i'd be more interested in the storage advantage in the normal iPod.
