FWIW,
This past week I thought I'd try one of the "odor-free" wicking-layer tops(picked up one of Marmot's new skin-layer *Top*s..."Infinity"? or some name like that). Marmot stuff, IMO, usually rates a "10", however if you are one prone to any type of allergic reaction to chemicals...for instance, to those chemicals in cheaper Oriental rugs.... you may want to pass on these newer "treated" garments...and just stick with the plain.
If you don't have any problems, I'm envious :roll: , because the "odor-free" application really does keep the garment free of the perspiration stink... I left the thing on for a whole afternoon...of rigorous yahd' work...and really worked up a sweat.
So it is another "10" for Marmot, but if you have an allergy or two...beware.
