A little sore. But a good kind of sore. Training for the next one starts either tomorrow or Wednesday. I'm still sticking to 3x week right now. From what I've been reading, you should let your body get used to running
That's a good strategy it allows the muscle fibers/ tendons to rebuild ----- my mistake was to run every day and i paid the price with hip bursitis
