I haven't tried that before, but I have used the limited edition, Sam Adams Chocolate boch beer as a topping for vanilla ice cream. And that was REALLLL tasty.

I just hope that Jim Koch and friends decide to brew some more of the Chocolate Boch, that was one mighty tatsy beer :beer:

Ditto... had one a couple weeks ago after a regular Root Beer Float just didn't give me the kick I craved.
Freakin delicious, I tells ya...

I did have beer ice cream at B&Js this year... but I don't think it was actually made with beer, it wasn't anything special...
