Out of NOAA...on the back pages;-)....
It IS early, but here's a little stoke...if the present weather pattern has got ya' down a bit...

Maybee I'm looking at that totally wrong, but.. Isn't that for Aug,Sept,Oct? It was the 3 month forecast made in mid July.

And basically, it just says '50/50 for the whole darn country, except the "Well DuH!" areas, where it will be a little more.'

You do realize most people that work for NOAA probably laugh at these forecast. It'll come I'm sure, you just need to be ready to pounce on it.
