How do I put a picture on my avatar from google images

You can add an avatar that's located anywhere on the web by using the "Option 1 - Enter the URL to the Image on Another Website" option in the Edit Avatar section of your User CP. It has to meet the maximum size requirements of 100 by 100 pixels or 30.0 KB (whichever is smaller) though.
