Had a nice ride in the White Memorial today! Although my recovery from a herniated disc is progressing, my sciatic nerve decided to "act" up on me a little today! Regardless, the weather was too nice to not get back on the trail and ride, so I decided to explore the somewhat tame Northeast part of the White Memorial and was rewarded with a very pleasant and scenic loop.

Seeing as Sunday's weather is looking just as good as todays I'm looking forward to another ride up there tomorrow pending the condition of my back. Hopefully todays ride help stretch it out, time will tell.
