Since the upgrade, I've heard of a few people who are having trouble logging in. The solution is to clear your browser cookies. Here are instructions for IE and Firefox:

Internet Explorer: Go to Tools --> Internet Options... Select the General tab. Click Delete Cookies... and then OK. Click OK again.

Firefox: Go to Tools --> Options... Select the Privacy icon in the Left pane. Click Clear next to the Cookies entry and then OK.

Please note when clearing cookies, you will need to again log into sites that you've set to "remember" your log in. If you continue to have problems or need additional help, Email me at
