Who is the Glen in Mad River Glen?

The Glen is as in a secluded and narrow valley, not a person.

Hmm, I never heard of that one before. Thanks! It does make sense. I love driving up the mountain road past Mt. Ellen.

Route 17 to the top of Mad River Glen is also a nice road when there's no snow on it. A lot of nice country dirt roads around Waitsfield and Warren.
