I'm back baby! First time out since pulling my hamstring on July first. Felt great to finally get back on the bike! The leg was fine, but I was cramping up and having pains in other areas, most likely due to my only having been out one other time in the last 4 weeks. I'm definitely lacking in the wind department too. That just means that I have to ride more.
Anyway it was a short ride tonight. I would have liked to go longer, but I had time restrictions. Ended up riding about 5 miles in around 30 minutes. Pretty uneventful ride, aside from practically causing a rider to be thrown from her horse.
