Another great solo rip on the MTB! Started out from the Echo Valley Road parking area at around 6pm and made three laps up the Polly Brody fire road and down the Upper Gussy trail in under two hours. Ended up with almost 10.5 miles and 1380 feet of climbing.In light of the weather lately let me just say that this trail drains well!!!! With all the rain we have had this past week I was amazed at how well it rolled. I encountered only one "soft" spot on the trail.
Regardless the more I ride the Upper Gussy trail the more I like it!!! With each lap I continue to find new stuff to ride up and over and challenge myself. Anytime you guys want a tour, let me know. :beer:
