TR: The Big Orion Cookout - 8/8/2009

Sorry I missed it- My brother and fam were supposed to come up, but then ditched late, whcih actually worked out fine, since we had to go sign the lease on new digs on Saturday.

I did fire up the Orion Sunday, though, to cook a chicken, but then we didn't feel like eating chicken, so we ordered sushi, and I didn't cook anything on the Orion. So, now I'm out of charcoal and have a chicken marinating in the fridge...
