I'll hit that up after I get to use my new gear. I see my Progressors are already the #2 ski ...

I see Alpine Zone is NOT listed as one of the editor's favorite sites.

But SkiDiva and Epic made his cut.
I tried to write to Tim Flanagan, founder, but absolutely cannot find any way to contact him, even though he implores us to write him! So I went to rateskiareas.com and dropped a bomb that way. looks to be pretty western-centric.

Never trust these types of review sites. Who in the world is going to rate a ski poorly that they just dropped $500 on? And how many skis does the average person compare against each other to build up a reputable opinion? I just don't see it. I always take it with a grain of salt every time someone says "oh my goodness this ski rulez you gotta try it you'll love it!!!11111!!!" Ratings are meaningless without associated data. Age, Weight, Height, ski locations, ski conditions, preferences, skill level (with specifics, not just the ambiguously meaningless term "expert"), ambitions, other skis liked, other skis disliked, type of technique, aggression level, purpose for ski, etc, etc, etc. Only then can a reputable opinion on a ski be made and even then a reader of a review should still attempt to "read between the lines" because often times a reviewer's words do not match up with reality but rather perspective.

Ah, when will it snow?

I was just thinking Steve, maybe we should all get together some weekend night, eat junk food and drink, watch a little ski porn and wither the night away telling lies about our skiing escapades.

We could go to a diner, park out front with ski racks holding our quivers while the traffic slows to get a good look.

Helmets are of course, optional in NH ;)
