I suggest a place where people can rate ski shops

You may still want to consider a visit to Jeff...do you have custom footbeds? I know that they made a difference for me.

I have A-lines. They're better than stock footbeds, but probably not as good as customs... If I had any complaints about my boots (fit, performance, anything) I'd go see him... if something pops up, I'll be sure to.

Seems like you are close enough.

I get the impression that the reps at Zimmerman's are also pretty good about boots...I went in with my son to look at possibly getting new boots because he was concerned about them being too small, and they said his current ones fit fine. He's been skiing with them this season without problems.

Maybe lay out how they should discuss the experience.

And give the pertinent information about the experience and not just rant negatively..

Are you fucking for real??? So you can then forward it to the shop?
Were you the kid that told on everyone in class???

C'mon Rob..Spread the love, he's another Garden Stater. Plus, he just wanted the entire story...he's not the one (ok the many) that jumped to conclusions.

no - I'm the bad guy... It's ok..

He needs to take it out on someone - take it out on me.. I called him out...

Friends and family are for support.

Internet forums are for anyone with a keyboard to chime in with an opinion.

Looked for support, got opinions. Some supporting, some not. It's the nature of the beast.

.....which is all good.

Once you learn how to sort through some of the noise there is much useful information to be had around these parts. AZ is particularly good at sniffing out and responding to invalid rants.

Makes for some interesting reads for me.

only shop i have any real experience with is Alpine Haus in wethersfield.

I've had no problems. would go back.

they dont serve cheerios, or beerios, though.

I used to buy discount Sugarbush tickets from them on my way up. Nice people. I wonder if they still sell them.
