Yeah, but Jon's one of the better dudes to have to chase!
Nice ride today: thanks for letting me tag along. Awesome riding with bvibert and woodcore again, and great meeting Jeff. Kenzie had fun as usual; she said to say hello.
Met up with o3jeff, woodcore, yesmandroc, and his dog (Kensey??) at the soccer fields this morning. Had a good ride, doing the standard soccer field loop>boneyard>rouges revenge>jeep climb>up stone to blue trail>wasteland climb>surveyors trail>fat kid downhill>high road>2 bears>by-pass climb>cut-over to devils kitchen>up kitchen. From there we parted ways with yesmandroc and his dog who had prior obligations. The rest of us went up stone to do a bit of the east side, starting at the southern most entrance, we didn't do much over there, just meandered over to the stunt trail>back across stone up to pine nuts>down to jeep road>checked out little stone house>trail up towards lookout>across GW Tpke to soccer field lots>done.
The beginning of the ride was extremely humid, though it seemed to dry off a bit later on as the sun broke out. It was a good loop, different with some nice familiar parts. I had forgotten how fun the upper parts of the kitchen were, lots of rocks to play on in there! All in all a fun ride and nice to ride with yesmandroc again, along with Jeff and Jon who are a pleasure to chase through the woods as always.
The loop came in at about 11.2 miles.
