Siriacha is the new ketchup. I eat it on eggs, hot dogs and use it sparingly for any kind of heat that a recipe calls because I feel it's more predictable than spices like cayenne.

No doubt this is one of the finest sauces generally available. The founder has to be rolling in the dough now. This product has really taken off.

I would like to try Skimeister's as well. Probably have to hit the Asian market for it.

I love Srirachi. I put it on all sorts of stuff.

The first time I used it, I way, way , way overdid it, and suffered for some time.
