The best news here is nobody got hurt. Sounds like the VT state troopers did an awesome job. Good to know I won't be driving around him on the road. Maybe just maybe this guy can get some help, turn his life around, get a job, and pay taxes like the rest of us. Unfortunatly after looking at this photo the odds of that happeining is not too good. IMO he found out there was no saving NJ so he headed to VT.
