I'm a little bummed that the coupon is only for central conn. What about us Southern Conn folks--are we chopped liver? lol! I emailed them and asked if they would honor it anyway, but no reply yet.

It looks like Hartford county zip codes. Maybe they do differernt counties at different times. I do not think it is "income" related as east and west of the (CT) river are included.
