Rode last night. It was hot. Everything was pretty dry, except the air and my clothes, which easily weighed twice as much when done. I was glad I had plenty of water! We took it easy with many stops, but still rode a nice loop with a fair amount of climbing. Did just about 9 miles in just under 2 hours. I fell far off of Woodcore's pace most of the ride, but I think that was more from riding two days in a row, which I'm not used to. The heat certainly didn't help.

It was good to get out though! Despite my slow pace I did make a few sections of trail that often plague me, including a certain short log ride that I've made 2 out of 2 times this season. It's now my bitch!
